Restoration of the Grand Army Plaza to its original, iconic design with safety and accessible updates. At 352,000 square feet, Brooklyn’s home library has afforded New Roc the opportunity to play a part in leaving our mark on one of New York City’s greatest aesthetic and cultural epicenters. We have self-performed stucco, EIFS, and cast stone facades, as well as limestone paneling replacement. Concrete beam, lintel, and elevator shaft demising wall remedial work, account for our interior, structural scope.
